Zincweb Internet is a small company providing affordable yet professional web design and web hosting services for large or very small businesses. Based in Peterhead, we cover Aberdeen, Fraserburgh, Ellon, Huntly, Inverurie, Banff and all areas throughout Aberdeenshire, Scotland – although we can easily provide a UK wide service. We’ve been established since 1999.



OK, so we’re not sure what that means either. But we take your ideas, or business processes, or dreams. We turn them into tangible, scaleable, attractive, user-friendly, cost-efficient web-based solutions to streamline or enhance your business…. Actually, we’ll stick with ‘digital agency’ as it’s easier.

Things change constantly in the world of the web. Technology moves forward, software improves, new devices come and go. We keep up with these changes and pass on the benefits to you. For example, no more hassle upgrading your in-house Exchange Server if it’s all handled in the Cloud.



Customer Support

We’re pretty fanatical about customer support. Seriously, it is essential. So we might be small but we think that gives us the edge. You won’t get pushed into a telephone queue – if we’re busy and can’t take your call, we’ll take your number and call you back. We reply to emails promptly too.

Mark set up the company back in 1999. A lot has changed since then. He didn’t invent Facebook. He finished learning how to use Dreamweaver just before popular content management systems were invented. He optimised site load times for dial-up connections. Just before broadband arrived.

Basically, he learnt a lot of stuff that soon became outdated or deprecated. But that’s the point. Things keep moving on, so you have to keep up. As should you. For example: Is your website 4-5 years old? If so, you should take a quick look.

Mark was also a founding director of a management consultancy, a Royal Air Force officer and fighter controller – including a stint training officers from the Middle East, and also runs a second business running an executive private hire transportation service.
